Joy Kozu Senior Coordinator

Joy Kozu started as an intern with Brower Literary & Management before eventually becoming the agency’s Client Relations Manager and now Senior Coordinator at Park, Fine & Brower Literary Management. She works closely with Kimberly Brower on author care and assists with indie and trade publications, administrative tasks, and meeting the needs of a robust client list. 

Joy graduated from Boston University’s College of Communication and has stayed local to the area, despite its mercurial weather. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and writing, going to basketball games, traveling, and spending time with her moody cat.
