Gabrielle Korn

Gabrielle Korn is an LA-based author and the former editor in chief of Nylon Media. Her debut essay collection Everybody (Else) Is Perfect was named the number one LGBTQ+ book of the year by Oprah Magazine. Her second book, the dystopian science fiction novel Yours For The Taking, was an Indie Next pick and a New York Times best book of the month. Its sequel, The Shutouts, was called “another winner” by Publishers Weekly and “a perfect blend of sadness and hope” by Kirkus. Her highly anticipated fourth book, Long Island Girls, comes out June 23, 2026 from St. Martin’s Press. Her writing has appeared across the internet, with bylines in Elle, McSweeney’s, The Millions, Literary Hub, InStyle, Oprah Magazine, and more, as well as several anthologies, including Michelle Tea’s Sluts. She runs the Pink Door Artist and Writer Residency with her wife.
