Jenna Overbaugh
Jenna Overbaugh is a licensed professional counselor and internationally recognized expert in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and intrusive thoughts. She has been working with individuals with OCD and anxiety since 2008 and has experience across all levels of care, including nearly a decade at world-renowned residential treatment facilities, where she worked with some of the most severe and complex cases of OCD and anxiety in the world. Drawing from both her professional expertise and personal experience with anxiety, Jenna is known for her ability to translate evidence-based strategies into practical, relatable tools that empower people to reclaim their lives.
Jenna’s clinical work integrates evidence-based strategies including exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with a focus on helping individuals face uncertainty and discomfort head-on.
