Kamala Rajan

Kamala Rajan is an Indian-Canadian author, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She now resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba with her charming and supportive husband, smart and sassy teenage daughter and adorable rescue cat, Seema. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from McGill University and is a former therapist with over ten years of experience counselling clients. She is passionate about the power of stories to raise awareness about mental health, social issues, and justice. She writes upmarket book-club fiction that explores contemporary issues in a complex, sensitive way with the goal of inspiring new conversations amongst readers.
