Two years ago, after spending over half a decade as a high-end private chef, Tova wrote a book about her experiences. The response from publishers was blunt: people didn’t want a book about a celebrity private chef, they wanted a book by a celebrity. So she decided to become one. Tova began posting a 30-second comedy video every day, building an audience that now spans nearly a million followers across platforms. Today, she’s known for her sharp, irreverent comedy her 300 person burlesque Shabbat and her rapidly growing Substack, where she writes long-form essays exploring sex and culture.
